Archford Returns & Refund Policy
Returns are available only for customers that purchased directly from https://www.archford.com.au/ on unused, unopened products. For warranty concerns on opened/used products, message us.
Customers can request a return within 14 days of the order being delivered. Items that are opened or damaged may be denied a refund or return. We do not offer exchanges, only refunds on returns. Products must be completely unused with the packaging, manuals and any accessories intact and included with the return shipment. Any used products or missing items will result in the return being declined.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return postage must be paid by the customer at the time of returning
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your original order number, the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for returning it.
- Archford Support will respond with a Return Authorisation number return address and instructions.
- The return will be processed and the original payment method refunded within 3 business days of receipt. The customer will be informed via email the moment it is complete.
